1. General Provisions

1.1. This policy defines how personal data of users of the site https://softkosm.ru (“the Site”) is processed and protected, in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

1.2. By using the site and purchasing licenses, the user agrees to this policy. If they disagree, the user must refrain from using the Site.

2. Data Operator

The personal data operator is self-employed Georgiy V. Bazhenov (“the Operator”), Tax ID 667000611744, brand Soft of KoSM, e-mail softkosm@gmail.com.

3. What Data Is Processed

3.1. The Operator processes the following data, provided voluntarily by the user at checkout:

• e-mail address — used solely to deliver the license key and the fiscal receipt.

3.2. Automatically, standard technical data may be processed when visiting the site: IP address, cookie data, browser and OS information (via the Yandex.Metrika web analytics service).

3.3. During online activation, the program sends the Operator’s server a de-identified cryptographic hardware identifier (HWID) — solely to control the number of permitted copies and bind the license. HWID contains no personal information and cannot identify a person.

3.4. Principle of local operation of studio software:

• The “BelyyList” program does not log network activity, takes no screenshots, sends no files to the cloud and secretly watches nothing. All exception lists are stored locally on the device.
• The “AppBlocker Pro” program works fully offline: the list of blocked executables, the master password and settings are stored in the system registry and files of the specific computer, protected by Windows DPAPI. Nothing about installed software, launch attempts or user actions is sent to external servers.
• The “Video Downloader” program saves media straight to the user’s disk without cloud intermediary servers and keeps no download history.

3.5. The Operator neither collects nor processes payment details (card numbers, CVC/CVV). Payments happen on the secure gateways of authorized payment aggregators.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

• fulfilling the license agreement: delivering the activation key to the buyer;
• issuing a fiscal receipt under Federal Laws No. 422-FZ and No. 54-FZ;
• handling customer and technical support requests;
• keeping the website stable and secure.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed based on user consent (accepting the offer at purchase), as well as to properly fulfill the sale of the digital product and to meet obligations imposed on the Operator by Russian law.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

6.1. The Operator does not sell, rent out or hand personal data to third parties, except for partners helping to technically fulfill the order:

• Payment services — to process the transaction and send the receipt;
• Tax Service of Russia — to register income in the “My Tax” app under Law No. 422-FZ;
• E-mail services — to deliver the message with the activation code;
• Hosting provider — to host the project’s server infrastructure.

6.2. Data may be shared with government agencies only in cases directly established by current Russian law.

7. Storage Periods and Deletion

Personal data is kept for the license period and the statutory tax-records retention periods. Once no longer needed, or upon consent withdrawal, the data is irreversibly deleted.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and to keep user preferences (e.g., the chosen interface theme). You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. User Rights

The user may obtain information about their processed data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Requests go to softkosm@gmail.com or the support Telegram bot.

10. Information Security

The Operator takes organizational and software measures to protect information. The site uses HTTPS with modern TLS encryption.
