A kid’s study PC gets internet only for lessons
BelyyList is parental control with a whitelist and VPN blocking. Switch on lesson mode — and the computer can use only Zoom, Yandex Telemost, Kontur Talk and the sites you approve. Games (including browser-based Yandex.Games), social media, video hosting, torrents, VPN and proxies simply won’t work.
Lesson mode in action
Sounds familiar?
A child is on an online lesson while the next tab holds a game, short videos and chats.
Blocklists don’t save you
“Bad sites” are endless. Catalogs like Yandex.Games don’t even need to be installed: open a tab — and you play right in front of the teacher.
VPN bypasses everything in two clicks
A free browser extension — and parental filters can no longer see the traffic.
You can’t just cut the network
The lesson runs over video: internet is required, and if you block the whole domain the Telemost video lesson drops immediately.
How BelyyList works
Everything not explicitly allowed is blocked — right at the Windows firewall level.
- 1You switch on lesson mode.
One button in the program window plus a checkbox to switch games off.
- 2The network is closed completely.
The system-level Windows filter blocks all third-party internet.
- 3Only study services open.
Zoom, Yandex Telemost, Kontur Talk and the hosts on your allowed list (with Yandex.Games switched off).
- 4Bypass routes are shut.
VPN clients and virtual adapters are disabled; browser VPN extensions are blocked by Windows policies.
- 5A watchdog service guards the rules.
Checked every minute: if the rules are deleted, they are restored.
- 6Only you can turn it off.
The parent password is stored protected and cannot be viewed.
What’s inside
Everything a study PC needs to stay a study PC.
Whitelist instead of blacklist
Only what you list is allowed. New games and sites are already closed — you never have to add them.
Yandex.Games off in one click
The yandex.ru/games catalog and external game CDNs are isolated for the lesson. Video lessons in Yandex Telemost and Yandex ID sign-in keep working.
Protection from VPN and proxies
WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec, Shadowsocks and similar clients are stopped; virtual network adapters are disabled.
Browser VPN extensions blocked
Hola, Browsec, Windscribe, ZenMate, Touch VPN and their kind are forbidden by the policies of Chrome, Edge, Yandex Browser and Firefox.
Watchdog & password
The service runs as system and restores the rules. Turning protection off requires the parent password.
Your own allow list
The school portal, e-diary or tutor platform are added in about two minutes.

FAQ
If your question isn't here — write to us on Telegram.
My child studies via Yandex Telemost but secretly plays Yandex.Games. How does the program solve it?
The game catalog sits on Yandex’s shared main domain, so ordinary filters either block the whole lesson or let the games pass. BelyyList has a dedicated toggle: it switches off exactly the games storefront and its external servers, while the Telemost room, the video call and school-account sign-in keep working flawlessly. The child stops craving the tab and listens to the teacher.
Why is a whitelist better than ordinary parental control?
Ordinary tools block a list of “bad” sites, so every new site, mirror or browser game stays reachable. BelyyList works in reverse: everything is closed except study services you explicitly allow.
Can a child bypass the block with a VPN?
No. VPN ports and protocols are closed, TUN/TAP adapters disabled, and browser VPN extensions plus encrypted DNS are blocked.
What if the child kills the process in Task Manager?
The rules live in the system firewall, and the watchdog service restores them every minute. Lesson mode is lifted only with the parent password.
Which services are allowed out of the box?
Zoom, Yandex Telemost (with the option to switch off Yandex.Games), Kontur Talk, plus service DHCP, DNS and NTP. The school portal, the diary or the tutor platform are added by you.
Does the program spy on my child?
No. No browsing history, no screenshots, nothing sent to the cloud — only network access control.
How many computers does the license cover?
The Solo license at 2 490 ₽ is lifetime, for one computer, tied to the hardware. When the PC is replaced we re-link it free.
